We LOVE sending Silly Sam gifts for you! We gladly include a complimentary gift card with each gift you purchase! When checking out, please provide the following information in the comments section:

2). Gift recipients name
3). Gift Occasion
4). Gift Message – including who the gift is from
Invoices will not be included in the gift shipment. They will instead be mailed to the billing name and address used to process the order.
Shipping Policy
We know you are anxiously anticipating the arrival of your Silly Sam boutique items! Please understand that the majority of our items are custom made to your specifications once your order is placed. Orders are typically ready for shipment within 5-7 business days*. You will receive an email confirmation once your items have shipped.
*Custom and Wholesale orders may take longer to ship. A member of our customer service team will work with you to establish estimated shipping times.
Once ready for shipment, your items will ship via the United States Postal Service. It is Silly Sam*s pleasure to offer FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING to all US delivery addresses!! Simply select the FREE shipping option when you check out!!
Silly Sam*s business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Return Policy Quality products, customer satisfaction and making you say 'WOW!' are our highest priorities! On occasion, however, you may need to exchange an item for a different size. Please contact us if you need to exchange an item and we will provide return instructions and issue your RMA#. A RMA# is required in order to receive credit for your returns.
Please understand that the following conditions apply to all returns:
All returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and original box and packaging.
Thank you for understanding that custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.
Holiday items must be returned or exchanged 30 days prior to the holiday.
Refunds will be credited to the account used for the purchase, minus shipping fees.
