We are a Mom-owned company and lovingly hand create each item you purchase in the United States.   Our products include high end boutique hair bows, hair clips, headbands & Frilly Flops™.   

As Moms, we understand your need for high-quality, long-lasting products.  Rest assured that each Silly Sam product is constructed by hand using only the highest quality ribbons, fabrics and hardware.  Our bows are hand sewn, ensuring long lasting durability wear after wear.  We never use potentially dangerous wire or add harsh chemicals to our products.  Our ribbons are guaranteed to never fray!  Please see our Frayed Not!™ Program page for our Frayed Not!
